500 Error page after new hosting (SOLVED)

Hello, we have a issue:

we have transfered a PS shop from one hosting to another, all it works, the shop is accessible and also the back-office, only the Product section gives 500 error page, when we try to add another product from Catalogue > Product it crashes, we tried to activate also the debug but no further information is displayed.

What should we do ?

Sorry, we have cleared the cache and now it works (see edit history)
