The requirements are MySQL 4.1.14 or later...

Maybe you have a corrupted DB... Try to setup another DB with another user...

I tried to install ps on 3 different servers onmy hostingpartner hosteurope.de...
with different DB and with version 1.0 final also with the beta version...

but always i get problems ... and didnt know why!

Client API version 4.1.10a ------ is this version really the reason ??
