New Site Advanced Product Options

Hi all, I want to create a site that sells Paints that has some complex attributes that effect the price of a product based on the size(Lt) and colour selected. I have seen another site that does this well here :

I require the functionality to set the prices of the size and colour to change based on 4 categories shown here: http://pdf.shepherdmarine.com/colour_charts/ral_chart.html
I want to create the same functionality and have been told if I use the following two addons for magento I would be able to do so :

for the custom product options

to combine the options between the size and colour

I would like to know if this is possible in Prestashop, and if so what addons would I require
