Price is said to be including tax, but is not

Hey,

I'm kind of new to prestashop, but I am a developer, so I know "some" stuff but not so much prestastuff

I think I've got things configured, but the product admin says:
Final retail price: Kr 3990 (tax incl.) / Kr 3179.28 (tax excl.)
however the price on page says:
3,179 tax incl.

wtf?

I've had some look at product.tpl in my template folder, but I'm a bit confused.

Is this a known issue? Is this possibly a bug? Should I be posting this elsewhere?

I am wondering if you've got a solution to this problem? I am frustrated over this issue at the moment. Would be nice to see the Final retail price(s) along with the product(s). And then in the Cart have the tax total (included in the above product(s)) ,stated in a single line.

This is what I want but I'm at my wits end on how to get that.
