Looking for "happy hour" module for 1.6.X

Hi!
I would like make special promotions at specific hours of special days, like a "happy hour" in pubs.

I found a "happy hour module" in PS Addons but it also runs in 1.7.X and my project is in 1.6.1.

Any ideas?

You can add a discount through this module for certain dates and hours of the day - Addons

Thanks. But I'm loonking for a module that applies discount to all products at specific hours; not to choose products.
