can't create discount in back office 1,7,4

Hi 

I can't create discount in back office in 1,7,4
When I click on creating a new cart rule I only get to the first page. 
It's impossible to click on conditions and actions. Only gets errors when I try to save.
I can create a discount direct in order but not a generall one.

Hello,

Of course this doesn't occurs in a clean PrestaShop, so, what is the only thing that occurs to me?, maybe a module which is loading a JavaScript in all pages of the Back Office.
