Zedster
Is it really true that I cannot change the font and/or font size of a text used in the header (the area shown in the attached image)? I am using 1.7.4. On a side note, someone needs to fix the header on this page. It is covered up by the homepage header in any browser you use. Just a bad advert for Presta. NemoPS
It is not, you can add your own css to custom.css. What you cannot do is edit the css that is there, since it's compressed.
Zedster
That is pretty unbelievable if you ask me.
NemoPS
What do you mean? You can of course edit the compressed css, but it's not practical to do and very troublesome. It's easier to just add your code to custom.css
Zedster
Well the large problem with this if I could code I would not be working here and would not be using Presta. I know what you mean when you say css but that's where it all ends. I am not a coder I do graphics really.
NemoPS
Well you really need to know at least css and some basic html to be able to change that. Unfortunately prestashop doesn't have a visual editor (unless your theme does, which might as well be)

The claims of being so easy to use yet no WYSIWYG editor. It all seems very 90s to me. Actually I worked with WYSIWYG editors in the 90s. (Yeah I have been in the area for a long time just not coding) Edited September 14, 2018 by Zedster (see edit history)
