Sentence Shipping 0,00 on block cart module.

Hello.

I want to know if anyone knows how to modify the blockcart.tpl file to get that only show the shipping costs (The sentence: Shipping 0,00) when the customer choose the shipping company into the shopping process.

The reason of this change is that various customers has told me that they don't understand why the shipping cost are 0,00 in the beggining of the shopping process if later the cost is different!.

To erase directly is easy:

   {*{l s='Shipping' mod='blockcart'}*}
   {*{$shipping_cost}*}


       .....

But, I want that the shop shows the shipping cost when the customer choose the transport company in the shop process., not before.
