Looking for basic Customization module

Hi,

I am look for a basic module which will allow me to add the option of having a product engraved (personalized).

I need the module to offer the following;

1. For selected product, I would like to ask the customer if they would like their item personalised (Yes or No)

2. If 'Yes' is selected, a fixed price would be added to the cart and 2 text fields should appear allowing the customer to add 2 lines of text.

3. I do not want the personalised text to be display overlaid on any images, just that information passed onto the shopping cart.

Does anybody know if this exists? I am using v1.6.0.14

To change price on user choice we use attributes.

To let him enter some text we use product customizations.

Based on your requirement, you can check the Product Customizer/Designer module by which you can integrate a product designer panel on the panel and let your customers design and customize the products as they want.
