kiddycow Posted January 31, 2011 Author Share Posted January 31, 2011 i uploaded EN folder in the mailalert module again. module->mailalert->mail->en i think my new_order.txt and new_order.html have a problem.that is it. The email sent to the shop is Okay but the one to the client has only the logo and no contentI re-uploaded the mailalerts folders but still not working.Any help? yehanny Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi @galebo I have exactly the same issue in mi prestashop 1.6, when users create new orders they receive an email with my logo attached and NO information in the body, did you find a solution for this?
