kiddycow Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 hi..My shop is having a problem with the registration. i tried to register to my shop, and then i "deleted" my account from the back office.(testing my shop system)but when i try to registered again, it said the email is "already exist". so i have to use another email.i attached the screen shop here. as you can see the customer id is skipping. Then I deleted the account and tried to create a new one, but he keeps saying the emailadres is in the database. Now I cannot create an account with that emailadres nor can I log in, becasue the account does not exist anymore.
