[registration problem] duplicated email

hi..
My shop is having a problem with the registration.
i tried to register to my shop, and then i "deleted" my account from the back office.(testing my shop system)
but when i try to registered again, it said the email is "already exist". so i have to use another email.

i attached the screen shop here. as you can see the customer id is skipping. What's wrong with my shop? pls help

hello,

I am having the same problem. I registered unde my name and email. Then I deleted the account and tried to create a new one, but he keeps saying the emailadres is in the database. Now I cannot create an account with that emailadres nor can I log in, becasue the account does not exist anymore. Can anyone provide More information?
