KerryWatson Posted December 14, 2008 Share Posted December 14, 2008 On the Back Office's Catalog - Product Information page, add or edit a page, there is a drop-down box called Accessories. There is also a green (+) icon next to it that says "Add an Accessory." The drop-down box is empty, and the green (+) icon does not work - nothing happens when it is clicked. I thought it might be a CHMOD / permissions problem.But it's actually that you have to select one of the accessories in the drop-down list and THEN click on the Add button.
