Categories horizontal menu

I made myself a nice css menu, but i can not make it work with prestashop categories.

Here is the menu.

I tried with every horizontal menu module that exist and still no luck.
I can not figure out how the horizontalcategory.tpl work and shows the categories.
The problem is that Cat 0 has a style, cat 1 has another style and cat 2 another style.
The menu is made just like http://www.ebuyer.com
Please help.
