Bug during printing order BO Prestashop 1.7

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the display when I print an order, sentences appear on top of the order form (see attachment)

Thank you in advance for your help.

 

Config :

Apache Server

PHP : 7.1.21

Memory limit : 256M

Max run time : 60

PrestaShop : 1.7.4.2

I have the same issue. It's probably a core bug and if someone around here knows how to solve it the community would appreciate it very much. I just put here this comment so others can see it, I hope we get lucky! I'll keep looking into it.

Hi Ivan,

I found the solution to Github... You must to modify two files and everything  becomes normal again.

This file also must change admin-dev/themes/default/public/theme.css ?

How to fix this issues in order print. prestashop 1.7

i'm facing the same issue on prestashop 1.7.4.4, is there a way to fix this? i tried

ok in the end i solved the issue adding to admin/themes/default/css/admin-theme.css:

@media print {
    #nav-sidebar { display: none }
}

This hide the navigation sidebar when printing.

hello guys i am Donald max i am also facing same issue. when i print paper then it's working fine. but when i try to print out on hard paper i face same issue any one help me please.
