Das solltest du mit PhpMyAdmin nachprüfen. Falls tatsächlich diese Datenbanktabelle nicht existiert, ist das Upgrade fehlgeschlagen und du solltest am besten ein Backup einspielen. Leider verrätst du nicht, von welcher Version auf welche das Upgrade erfolgte.
