billy27
There is already been a lot on prestashop about currency rates updates.but lately i saw that http://www.prestashop.com/xml/currencies.xml is,'t get updated anymore.if you compare it with http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml the the difference is big.I found http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/6938/installation_configuration___upgrade/european_central_bank_currency_update_feature_is_here_ this works for prestashop 1.1 but not for older versionsbut i have PS version Version 1.3.2.3 - 0.619s and Version Version 1.2.5.0 - 0.534s could somebody tell me how i can change the code to the link of the european central bank so it would work in both versions.I tryed it worked but the shop dieden't worked anymore. Thanks in advance! shokinro
At least I think the XML should include the update date time of the exchange rate data. Otherwise, you really don't know if the data is reliable or not. Hope this will be improved in near future.
