The steps i explained to you earlier can help you with this too. Since this is not the first time you have a problem with the friendly url, i strongly advise you to start making backups of the work your doing on your prestashop, this way you can simply reinstall Prestashop with the backup files or undo the problem by simply replacing the changed file.
