mail alert Prestashop 1.7.4.2

hello to all, I installed mail alert version 3.7.0 on prestashop 1.7.4.2
When I receive an order or when I register a new customer The administrator does not receive any notification.
Please help me understand the problem?

Hello! I've the same problem. How to solve this issue?

Hi,

Follow this steps to troubleshot the issue.

1. First check if email sending is working smooth on your shop.

Go to  Advanced Parameters  >  E-mail  and scroll to bottom of the page here you will find TEST YOUR EMAIL CONFIGURATION

enter you email address and click send a test mail. now check your Inbox and spam folder if you have received mail than follow the step two if not than try to contact your hosting provider or seek developer to fix the issue.

2. If you pass the first step than check the saved email is correct without any typo or try to re install the module and check again. if re installing does not help seek developer to fix the issue.
