Back office product page (categories)

Hi - I'm using an old monitor, and in the back office product page, the categories listing for the product is very narrow - to find the default category I have to either scroll up and down and sideways a lot or I have to zoom the page to 50% which makes the print very tiny.  Is there any way to customize the back office product page so the categories list is larger or in a different part of the page?  It was a lot easier in 1.6 when the categories were on a different tab.

Same issue here.

The categories listing is designed for a few and short categories stores. Having tens of categories with some of them having long titles, makes it too hard, almost impossible to find the category you want.

Any custom styling solution for this?
