Pippo3000 Posted January 26, 2011 Share Posted January 26, 2011 is there a possibility to set reminder emails to me as the seller if I receive an RMA request from one of my customers. I happened to have almost overseen some request lately as I did not know that I have to actively check the RMA tab in the back office. I somehow expected that I get a unique and specific reminder from the shop if a customer sends an RMA request? Same by the way with customer messages they send via the shop system. I also here missed a few or answered later than I intended because I just did not know that I need to check this tab regularly.
