[SOLVED] Installation: Stuck on Step #3

Hello,

I am trying to set up a shop using Paypal as my only payment method. I read all of the notes on PrestaShop and this seems to be the best software for me.

I already have a website hosted on Hostgator, and I already have shopping cart software on my server. Problem is, the developer of the software discontinued the program and thus rendered me useless without a shopping cart and also depriving me of $80.

Grumblings aside, I am interested in installing PrestaShop on my Hostgator site now, but I can't make heads or tails of the installation instructions.

Does anyone here use Hostgator and has been able to get PrestaShop installed and working?
If so, I'd like to ask for your assistance in explaining where exactly I install the files.

So far I have set up the database and e-mail in step #3, but the 'next' button won't take me to the next step.
If anyone else has had this problem, how did you solve it?
