benwiggy
I've turned on SSL in the Preferences, but my shop isn't using it. The rest of my site is working well with https. Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks
Knowband Plugins
Hi, Your query is not clear i.e. my shop isn't using it. The rest of my site is working well with https. Kindly share the details regarding the issue.
benwiggy
I have an SSL Certificate. The other pages of my website, outside of Prestashop, use the SSL cert, indicated by https URLs and the padlock symbol. Prestashop does not use https URLs and does not have the padlock. I have turned on SSL. What other details do you need?
ecommerce16
is your shop under a subdomain? If yes, you also need a SSL for that, or a wildcard you can use for the domain and subdomains. A printscreen should be helpfull.
Guest
Are you using CPanel?
benwiggy
No, no subdomain. I'm not using CPanel, though my web host is 'moving to that' soon, I think. What is it and should I be worried?
benwiggy
Hmm. It's just started working all of a sudden. Weird. It can't be DNS propagation as other pages worked fine. Oh well. Not to worry. Thanks anyway.
