How can I wirite a weekly or monthly newsletter to my customers

[sOLVED] I notice that on the newsletter module that after someone signs up for the newsletter, there is no way to actually write and send one to them.

Is there a newsletter module which will do this.

There a many customers who will sign up and make a single purchase or who will change thier minds last minute. Many of them could be convered into good quality sales if there was a way to communicate with them via a regular newsletter.

Can anyone please help with this.
