Still not good the Prestashop translate solution

Sorry, maybe not too friendly title, but I'm angry now.

I try to solve this problem long time ago, I had this problem at 1.1 , 1.2 , 1.3 and now in 1.4 test verision also. I can't solve this problem since a lot of time.

The problems:
1. When I translate a word -> click update -> green message about succesfuly translate but the row still empty! And of corse nothing change on FO also.
2. When I import the lang pack (hu) then I can see the translates only one time. A lot of rows deleted by a mysterious thing in the same moment when I made the first translate. After the few leaved translate are visible and I can modify, but I can't translate all other words.

3. I know that lot of other peoples fight with this problem, for example:

(I tried htacces and php.ini files also from this forum)

I hope that anybody can help me to find what is this bug in the prestashop.
