wabrodor
when installing module it shows" 1G is not a valid memory" error ,help please
Knowband Plugins
Can you please share the screenshot of the error? IG is enough memory to upload any module. If you are still facing the issue then contact your hosting to increase the memory limit for PHP. (Depends upon your server resources)

Knowband Plugins
Hi, As per my understanding, It is not the standard Prestashop error. Kindly confirm if this error is coming while uploading specific module OR any module. Apart from that, You can try for manual upload. Login into the server via FTP/Control Panel & upload the module files inside module folder (via FTP). After file upload, you will be able to see the module in the backend (admin end) & then you need to install the module from the backend (admin end).
