Opnes
Ok this might sound strange on a shop but for this client is totally required. They want the shop front and all the functions but do not want customers to order any of the products so in affect becomes an online catelogue and not an ecommerce ordering solution. What addons would we need to remove to ensure that no-one can order online? we have removed all the payment processing options along with the cart being visable, but can we remove the create account options for example?Would it be possible for the client to click on say an enquire only option which sends details to the site admin?cheers
Simon-AV
I'm watching with interest as I'd like to be able to offer a selection with this enquiry only option.
El Patron
It's a simple thing do to as long as your template and addon modules are ps compliant. Just put your shop in Catalog mode. http://screencast.com/t/xNRgX4uiV We have modules for private shop that allows authorized only or registered only, which simply manipulate your PrestaShop Catalog mode by user session. http://www.etiendas.co/en/13-prestashop-private-store
mtspinto
Is there an add-on module that allows the user to add several products to an enquiry. Like a shopping cart just without the payment gateway or shipping activated (until they're ready to go buy-online). So instead of just displaying the products, the user can add various products to "cart / basket", click on "checkout / enquire" and fill out a form to submit, which in turn gets the client to call them back.
