Prestashop is broken after migration on another webhosting

Hi,

I had my prestashop 1.3.6.0 on the old webhosting (unix environment), everything was running fine. Then i decided change webhosting company so i have done this 'migration' with my presta :

- change DNS stuff on my domain
- copy complete prestashop over FTP (without .htaccess files, because its useless in win OS environment)
- change database connection at settings.inc.php
- export data from old DB into new DB
- set file permissions (this new hosting is running on windows IIS)

Now my presta is broken, cant log into administration it ends on server error 500 when i try to log in. All products URLs are broken (404) and also pictures of my goods are missing. How this could happen ? Does prestashop have some hidden dependencies which i forgot to set-up ?
