Category name is blank when setting up a new sub category

Hi there all,
I have just installed Prestashop and I am just adding my first subcategory. I have clicked on "add a new subcategory" but on the "new category" form the name, description and meta boxes are missing... so I obviously cant add anything. I am wondering if this is caused by me not uploading a particular file during installation?... I wonder if anyone has a solution please

I thought I had sorted this one but clearly not... Now, as well as being unable to add subcategories when I go to add attributes I get the following screen... the missing image is 0.jpg which does not appear in the download file. Im startinbg to think that I need to do a clean install... still, if anyone thinks diofferently please do advise. Best wisheds : Dom

same problem here, i always get empty categories name in back office but its apear on front office.

now its works on Firefox also and i didn' do anything its really wierd,
mybe the problem on hosting side and they already fix it
