FutureLED
Go to your modules folder on the server and delete the PayPalAPI module as this module is integrated in the Paypal 2.2module, avoids conflicts. This will remove the error. Peace..
Billy
I was rebuilding another site out of the new impresscms and haven't had time to get back to this. I took your advise and deleted the api module... Bingo that worked perfect! Thank you very much for your help Wesellbulbs. 4.0.8 and 4.0.9 have been an absolute pleasure to work with upgrade wise.I think the warning message should clarify better what to do. I must have been real tired when I did those upgrades because I read that warning message ten times and it was not clear to me.Of-course it makes perfect sense to me now... Go figure

Billy
This post isn't solved its a bug hunting post in general. That one issue was solved thanks to you. I am still testing the upgrade process of 1.2.5.0 to 1.4.0.8 and 0.9 looking for bugs before I do the real deal on my live site. So if you don't mind I would like to leave my thread open until i am done testing the upgrades of presta till finial. Thanks
