alvesjc
Hello, I'm facing this issue and not beeing able to pinpoint is origin. I've moved the instalation from server, I've cleared all cache and recreated .htaccess without luck. the vardump off $cookie shows the correct url and path. I've cleared the browser local cache, but can't get out of this loop. Can someone shed some light on this issue? I'm running on ubuntu 16.04 LTS with virtualmin. PHP 7.0.30 on FCGI. prestashop 1.6.1.17 Thanks Edited August 15, 2018 by alvesjc (see edit history)
jetx
Tried another browser (eg Firefox)? I keep several admin logins for this purpose as it usually happens after moving domains. If you run opcache try clearing that.
alvesjc
Hello, Didn't try other browser, but tried from other devices with same result, but always with chrome. I was using redis cache, but even disabled the problem persisted. The only way I've found to stop this was by putting cloudflare in pause. I've tried to clear it's cache but never solved. After 2 days I've enabled it again, and all started again. I still didn't get why cloudflare is causing this, I've removed the speed options from cloudflare, like css html and javascript, but didn't solve... I'm still fighting with this. Do you have any clue about cloudflare? Thanks for your comments
Knowband Plugins
Hi, We had faced similar kind of the issue in the past & we had disabled the "Check the IP address of the cookie" option. To disable the same, Go to Administrator -> Preference & disable the "Check the IP address of the cookie" option. Kindly try the same. Not sure whether it will help OR not in your case.
