Category not appearing in menu

Hi guys

I have created a shop for our business which can be found here:

If you look down the left hand menu, it jumps from 'Exhausts' to 'Lotus Wheels'. It is supposed to have a category called 'Geartronics Paddleshift' between the two, but it does not appear. It is enabled and in the home category, and has products underneath it which are enabled.

The odd thing is that if I go to one of the other categories, such as 'used parts', it suddenly appears in the menu - but it only seems to appear in categories when they are at the lowest level (ie, no subcategory available).

Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried recreating the category, but have the same issue with new categories. I have also reloaded the page without caching and it makes no difference.
