aosoft
I'm pretty sure I've answered this for myself, but I wanted to pose the question in the forum for confirmation and for documentation so others can know in advance of installing the software. The USPS module included with 1.4 Beta does support international shipping, yes? I haven't seen it documented anywhere and didn't have any confirmation that it did until after installing prestashop and setting up the module. I see now that it lists zones in which the carrier may be used including Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, etc. Can someone confirm that this means the module supports international shipping? As an aside, I've been pretty impressed so far with the Prestashop offering. It looks like a great piece of open source software, although I haven't seen it used in production yet. It would be great for there to be more documentation on it's features.Thanks. robinWilliams
I cannot seem to get USPS to work with international address in 1.4. Could someone tell me if that is an option, and if so how to configure?
GezaazY
I am trying to figure out the same thing. It seems to me that the international shipping options are not included in this module.
Ketter
It doesnt work... Kinda Funny. I read a post yesterday from one of the Prestashop Designers who says she isn't working on the USPS module yet. There is a known problem preventing the current USPS module from calculating International Postage. For this very reason I had to move a customer of mine to OPENCART which does support International Shipping Rates in their USPS module. This really sucks. WebKat
Uh oh, I think this is going to get me as well. My client has two international shipping options: $20 for USPS Priority and $35 for USPS Express. I need to have international addresses be forced to choose one of those options so that they pay the international shipping rate... Anyone know if this is doable?
