Hi,

Problem:

I create an order by phone in the BO. At my Payment Service Provider (MSP) I created a payment link on which my customer can click an pay for the order by phone. Now I wish to enter this payment link into Prestashop so it will sent this payment link by mail to that customer.

Are there solutions for the "problem"...?

Could you enter the payment link in a customer message for the order?

Go to the order, click new message, set it as viewable by the customer and put the payment link there? The customer will get an email about the message.
