Cannot download language pack

Hello, i have a problem occuring every time i'm trying to install prestashop (1.7.4.2), no matter what language i choose, there is an error saying:

 

Already tried with English nad Polish, same result.

What hosting do ya have? Is it centos based?

Image did not post, ya might try out lightshot for a great tool for posting images to help forums. You will have to google it as they do not like name dropping.

I did a explore on this topic but was not able to reproduce an error.

They might not like me posting videos but I find they help users, so I will risk it.

I solved by downgrading the php to 7.1, I believe that in order to run Prestashop 1.7.4 or 1.7.6, PHP must be set between 5.6 and 7.2, no more, otherwise it has the error we're talking about here.
