vietnam
I have a question... . Can we use the hooks in prestashop to create 2 modules ... One to "high-jack" a hook from the start with {literal}/* {/literal}text that we are trying to hideAnd the second to close the "high-jack" with something as {literal}*/ {/literal}We are basically trying to commment a portion of the theme... and then we can insert our own code ... making more easily to edit parts of the themes without "touching the themes"
Guest
I hate to say that there's no support or too little from Prestashop's developers. To PS's developers: You are all too lazy. I know that you have time or have at least one or two devs to watch and to help on the forum. But you are so lazy, or your manager doesn't want to build up PS's community and PS's users. SirNewbie
At Vietnam: It should be easy enough to keep track of the edits you make in the code with comments. Maybe I missed something but it should be fairly straight forward to use multi-line comments to show what the original code looked like, and to mark where you made changes.
