Fatal Error memory size

Salve

ho un problema con il sito in prestashop. Riesco a vedere il sito nel front office ed a fare tutte le operazioni, mentre nel back office una volta fatto il login mi da schermata bianca.

Attivando la modalità debug vedo l'errore

 

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/classes/db/DbPDO.php on line 174

 

io attualmente ho settato il php.ini con 2048M in memory_limit ma ho anche provato con -1 senza risultati. Che prove posso fare?

Premetto che ho cercato nel forum dove dicono di usare  ini_set('memory_limit', '-1'); direttamente nel file DbPDO.php ma anche così nulla.
