Modules 500 Error

Hello!

When i open modules and services, i get this "500 Internal Server Error"

In Debug mode it shows this. I'am not a programmer, How i can fix this?

I think that module is not compatible with 1.7, there might be another class named staticblock already (that, or you have another module with the same class)
