Problem shop url in the prehader

Hello,

I have installed paypal and at the time of paying with paypal there a "Payment accepted"  email is sent to the client.

However it looks that for this specific email there is some preheader prebuilt somewhere in the applicacion that looks very ugly .. and i can nof find where.I am struggling a lot with this.

I left all the html of the body empty and the title in the templates  and still the prehader is there with the url of the shop and name and surname of the client.
