URI Error only for image

Hi to all guys, I have one problems on the url of our website.
The current url is www.website.com/url

and everything seems works good, css, js, and other works good. We have the problem only on the images.

 

The images url not appear like standard: www.website.com/shop/img/..... or www.website.com/shop/themes/template/img/etc....
In the our website the URI Base is added twice, like that www.website.com/shop/shop/img/..... or www.website.com/shop/shop/themes/template/img/etc....

 

Have any of you ever had this problem?
How can I solve it?

We use PS v1.6.1.20 now.
