Image import using csv file

Hi,
Can anyone please help with csv import i can only get about 25% of images to import to the front office using the csv import
I have nearly 10,000 products and images to import
The error i`am getting is

Can someone please help as i`am completely stumped

Jonny, there are not as many people on here that now as much as they think they do. This seems to be a VERY common problem but no one seems to have a definitive answer.

I have had some luck with contacting my host. The raised the timeout time in the PHP.INI file on the server. It is usually set to 60 Secs. They raised mine to 3600. Now I get about 12000 of my 17000 products. If you play with the csv file, like put the products in diff. orders you can some more.

Contact your host first.
