shokinro Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 I am pretty sure that you are not using standard PrestaShop theme or you have made some changes in header.tpl file.Usually the module block will be "hooked" automatically by {$HOOK_TOP} in the header.tpl. But I found that there is another hard coded user block code. To fix the problem, you can either uninstall the user block info or remove the hard coded user block info(see attached image).
