PrestaShop shows another user's information after aborted PayPal transaction

Hi everyone,

I have recently migrated from BlueHost to Usonyx shared hosting. I'm running PrestaShop 1.3.2.3.

I am doing some testing on the checkout function and encounter this inexplicable problem:

User A checks out his shopping cart, and is directed PayPal for payment. He logins to his PayPal account. After reviewing the order on PayPal, he decides to Cancel and return to merchant's page. He then logouts.

Now, User B logins in, the following problems are seen:
1) At some pages, User A's details are seen (my-account.php, history.php, identity.php)
2) During checkout, when User B is directed to PayPal for payment, the order details reflect User A's!

I have tried using different computers for A and B, but I still get the same problem.

This did not manifest on BlueHost. Can someone help give some ideas on what the reason might be? Thanks in advance!

I have never seen this problem so far, also didn't hear of similar issues.
I am very curious about the cause of the issue. Could you please give me some more information?

- Does this happened to real customer or just at your testing account?
- Have tried to clear your browser's cache? (hi possibility is your browser's cache)
- Does this happen on all browser or only happens in specific browser like Firefox, IE, Chrome?

If the problem still happens after you cleared browser cache, please tell me following information, I will take a look for you.
