stuffy Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 Is there any way I can send a message to a registered user without them having to make an order first?I hate having to log into my webmail as I find it really difficult to format the e-mails that are sent.Also, I would like to notify registered users that I've created a voucher for them. rocky Posted January 16, 2011 Share Posted January 16, 2011 There is no option in the Back Office to send a message to a customer unless they have made an order.
