combined Pord 1.7

Hi guys, sorry for my poor knowledge, 

I have a product on my website that it also sells as a pack of 5 units. I'd like to include it but as a combined product so you either select this or the single product, I also want to add a discount if you bought 3 packs of different productos 

So for example 

Pair Red Socks 5,00€

Pack of 5 pairs of red socks 20,00€

-------

condition on the basket

if 3 packs of anything -10% discount ( I know I have to add this manually) 

+ Pack of 5 pairs of red socks + Pack of 5 pairs of gloves + Pack of  5 underwear (-10% discount)

 

Can this be done on the new 1.7?

My query is regarding as how you can have both products in one without having a combination
