itbranson
Hello folks,My PS is 1.3.5 and the back office always shows me online visitor is zero though there is at least a customer browsing my pages.I've searched this for sometime in the forum and haven't found any answer (forgive me if i've missed to see if there is any). Do i have to turn on something to make it work?thanksp.s. i've installed google analytics
rocky
Have you checked your date ranges? See this topic.Another possible reason is because your database is full and so no more entries can be added to the ps_connections table.
itbranson
Hi Rocky, thanks a lot for the reply. I've checked the thread and saw my date range. it's okay! my store is run from a shared service (no other web i keep it there). so, is the db hypothesis less likey?thanks a lot
rocky
There should be an option in your server's cPanel to see how much of your database quota you have used. You can also try repairing and optimising the table from phpMyAdmin. I can't think of anything else that would cause "Visitors online" to stop working
tank
I have the same problem visitors online is always 0. Even though I know for sure someone is browsing the site. I'm running V1.3.6 on BluehostI have prestashop installed in a subdirectory not at the root, if that makes any difference..... don't know.
rocky
What do you have as the date ranges on the calendar? They may be stuck in 2010.
inveostore.com
Make sure "Data mining for statistics" module is installed.
