For every product there should be only direct check out and no of products

Hi,

I want to have a online store, where in I will sell only one product.
So I want to remove add to cart option and implement direct check out.

So the flow that i am looking for is:

See the product, update quantity you want to buy and do check out to payment gateway.

Is it possible?
Can anybody help me in this
