I check something similar here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3566 Any idea ? the solution that's available on the topic is not working. Ao verificar novamente as tabelas dos carriers, verifiquei que algumas estão a 0. Obviamente algo aconteceu mas não consegui perceber o que. Não gostava era de apos corrigir as tabelas, que voltasse a acontecer. Acredito que seja um bug do prestashop e que entretanto na versão mais recente eventualemente possa estar resolvido, mas infelizmente estou preso a versão 1.7.2 pois não consigo fazer um upgrade sem erro. julianalzate Posted October 16, 2018 Share Posted October 16, 2018 when it appears that there are no carriers is because you have not associated in zones the region you want your store to have coverage, for example if you need the store to sell only in the United States, you can create an area called United States, then go to admin - International --- Countries and you are looking for the United States and in the area selector you are looking for the United States and that's it. Glitter Tattoo Spain Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 Hi - I have a prestashop 1.6 and have the same error but all carriers are configured correctly. Up until February the 9th I was receiving orders ok. The orders come from Spain, all zones and ranges are correct - basically I haven't changed anything but orders stopped and the same error comes up " There are no carriers available for your address" - I must say I have a prestashop 1.7 configured exactly the same way and its working fine - this is another prestashop I started to set up last year - no error shows up on the register and no php error - only shows up on front office so I think it must be an internal bug as I haven't changed any configuration except for installing a captcha but even uninstalling that I still get the error and the error just showed up one day it was working and the next no? Any ideas on a patch for the bug? Heres a screenshot of the error on front office that doesn't shop up in the registry or php log.
