I'm looking for a maximum quantity to purchase Module

Hi there,

I am looking for a module with the two main features:

1. to set up a maximum quantity for a particular product (each product in my shop needs to have a DIFFERENT MAXIMUM limit i.e. some 5pcs per a single order, some 10pcs per a single order and so on)

2. to set up a maximum number of product categories in a single order i.e. for example up to 30 positions in the cart.

Moreover, it would require to be able to upload this data via CSV file ( I have over 6K products in my shop, so all the changes are uploaded via using the CSV, not manually).

I would be very grateful for a quick reply.
