Marcel
Recently I found out that i'm not able to change, add or duplicate a products. I searched the web but cannot find the same issue for PS1.7 only after an upgrade what is not the case here. I have 7500 products uploaded via a CSV file and all went well without any errors. The products have multiple pictures and combinations like "sizes" with there own EAN number. All is working in the FE and BO as should be, however I cannot change, add, or duplicate any product anymore. I wanted to change the breadcrumb trail, as i see that all is products had main category set as "Home". This is possible after putting back my backup but as soon as I change something else, (so go out of the product catalog and go back again), eg. clear chache or add new brand etc, it looks okay, and the success message "settings updated" is shown. However when I refresh the page all is back as what it was before and no changes are made. When i try to add a new product i get redirected to the dashboard page. When try to duplicate a product I get a blank page and error 500. Have cleared the cache multiple times also put back an earlier backup. All the rest seems to look fine but I din't test everything yet. Im on a local machine with prestashop 1.7.3.3 and PHP version 7.0. Its a long story but I hope its clear. Does anyone have an idea what can cause this? Edited July 26, 2018 by Marcel Resolved (see edit history)
Marcel
I found the issue. Before I tried to add an extra product field but didn't work. After putting back the backup, the file was still there and caused the issue. Taken it away and adding or changing products is working as it should be.
