ivanpope
-- Ignore me - I solved it myself!Something has happened to my backoffice interface. I'm running 1.3.3.0 and haven't changed anything, but suddenly the tabs along the top have gone out of kilter. It's worse than that- the drop down menus for Manufacturer and Supplier are now empty and the edit tools for the text have disappeared.I attach a couple of images of this. Anyone got any ideas where I should start? It's just one thing after another with Prestashop! Thanks,Ivan
annalin
Hi,Please tell the rest of us how you solved this since I am having the same problem and maybe someone else out there. It's not very helpful posting a problem and then saying you solved it but now how! (something you see very often in the forum)I posted on this topic over a week ago and still haven't received any answers so please, please tell me how to solve this. ivanpope
Sorry! The reason I didn't post the solution is because it seems utterly specific to my situation. I have my Prestashop installed in a subdirectory which is then mirrored to the top level. I noticed that the address the backoffice was using was for some reason at the subdomain level. When I switched back to the top level address the issue resolved itself.I don't really understand what the issue is, but for me it's a solution.Sorry if that's not very helpful!Ivan
annalin
OK, that doesn't seem to fit my problem but thanks anyway for the reply! Hope someone else may have the answer or that I will figure it out myself somehow.I have no tabs at all in my BO. And the Quick access is just empty so I can't go anywhere. So weird.
